  1. How do preorders work?
    Preorders are open for typically a week. After the preorder window is closed, materials are then ordered. Materials can take up to 3 weeks to ship. Depending on volume, an additional week may be needed to create your lovely piece!
  2. How long does it take to process an order?
    It takes about 3-5 business days to process orders before we ship them out for ready to ship items.
  3. How long are shipping times?
    Within Thunder Bay, a week or less. Within Canada and United States 1-2 weeks.
  4. How long do preorders take?
    Roughly about 4 weeks until the pieces are in your hands!
  5. Do you do custome orders? For example a bridal party or gifts?
